• Estimated delivery time within mainland UK is 2–5 working days.

• Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout and displayed before payment confirmation. We may offer free delivery promotions from time to time.

International Shipping

• We currently ship to selected countries across Europe and beyond.
• International delivery times typically range from 7 to 15 working days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
• Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, destination, and shipping method, and will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.
• Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Order Processing & Payment Confirmation

• Orders are processed once full payment has been received.
• A payment confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
• You will also receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery:

• The courier may leave a calling card with re-delivery instructions or leave the parcel in a safe place (if selected).
• It is your responsibility to follow up with the courier using the tracking information provided.
