We want you to be delighted with every purchase from Fun Learning Store UK. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go quite as expected. Our returns and refund policy is designed to be fair, clear, and in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

 

Returns Policy

You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

✅If your item is faulty or damaged:

• Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing sales@funlearningstore.co.uk.
• We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, repair, or full refund.
• If a return is required, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
• If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

🔄If you change your mind:

• You may return the item within 14 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable “like-new” condition.
• You will be responsible for covering the cost of return postage, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• No restocking fees apply.
• Refunds will be issued within 14 working days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds

• All refunds will be made using the original method of payment.
• We aim to process refunds promptly, and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of return.

Order Cancellations

• If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 12 hours of placing it.
• To cancel, please email sales@funlearningstore.co.uk with your order number and request.
• If your order has not yet been dispatched, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• If the item has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the returns process above once the item is delivered.

Exclusions

Please note that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:

• Personalised or custom-made products
• Items that have been used, damaged through misuse, or returned without original packaging
• Perishable items (where applicable)
